The Guggenheim Museum

The Guggenheim, located on Museum Mile (5th Avenue) just north of the Met is famous for its modern art and the Frank Lloyd Wright architecture..... Good thing the architecture is mostly visible from the outside..... the WHOLE inner spiral staircase (which normally houses the majority of the collection) is completely closed to the public... the only area open is the annex.... I did enjoy using the interactive audio tour which included information on the whole museum as well as information on the art available for viewing today.... Thanks to Meredith for a "free pass" that lessened the aggravation at not seeing the whole museum.....

Based on the Audio I Listened to.... This Exhibit Looks Different After the "Performance Artists" Rearrange the Pieces !

Nice Snack Area Overlooking Central Park.....
